Treatment Centers: Staggering Numbers, Staggering Details

According to a press release issued on September 5, 2017, by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the CDC is “awarding more than $28.6 million in additional funding to 44 states and the District of Columbia to support their responses to the opioid overdose epidemic. The funds will be used to strengthen prevention efforts and better track opioid-related overdoses.

“Drug overdoses have dramatically increased over the last two decades in America,” said CDC Director Brenda Fitzgerald, M.D. “This additional CDC funding to states, who are on the frontlines of the opioid overdose epidemic, is critical to help them scale up prevention efforts to fight this crisis and save lives.”

As the opioid crisis continues, it’s no wonder treatment centers are scrambling to find the most efficient way possible to manage the increased caseloads of those people suffering from this terrible disease…people whose lives they can help change.

From the initial introduction to the intake, through the recovery program and follow-ups, treatment centers must manage a variety of unique issues, resulting in an enormous amount of detailed records.

Shape helps treatment centers manage the details so you can concentrate on changing lives.

Shape’s intuitive cloud CRM is specifically customized for treatment centers because managing people should always come first. There are plenty of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) companies that boast a quick and easy fix to managing the details of “accounts,” but when it comes to managing actual people who rely on your treatment center for quality care and recovery – you need customization. Automating the details of your growing number of patients frees you up to nurture and care for their needs. Here’s what you can expect with Shape’s Treatment Center CRM:
  • Create and track incoming leads
  • Follow that patient through every phase of recovery program
  • Manage marketing campaigns through email, phone, and walk-ins
